The outline of the general process is

       1) Documentation Review and Site Assessment.
Existing drawings surveys and other information is located and procured, stored and digitalised where necessary.
An initial visual site inspection and assessment is made with this information at hand and reported to the landowner.

        2) Property Improvement Concept Development.
Owners are encouraged to be engaged in the creation of optional ideas. These ideas are assessed and developed into optional proposals taking into consideration regulations and controls at an early stage. Where necessary additional advice may be sought from town planners.
Design modelling is applied as necessary to assist with the evaluation of options.

       3) Plan Production.
Optimum design development with detailed CAD for compliance, approval processes and referral to engineers and record survey updating.
We have at builders hand surveyors, certifiers and other professionals who are ready to provide assistant where necessary. Marine Geo is also able to refer their services where appropriate.
